Kimble--My ggf, James W. Kimble, was born in AL in 1825. The first official info I have found on him is the 1870 Colbert Co., AL, census where he appears as James Kimbal with wife Mary Kimble and daughter Sarah Kimble. The next info is the 1880 Hardin Co, TN, census where he appears as James W. Kimbell with wife Mary, daughter Mary Kimble, son Robert Henry Kimble (my gf), and son Charles Wesley Kimble. This is the last official information I have on James W. Kimble. I would like to know if he died in TN (where and when), or if he moved with my gf to Tunica Co, MS, around 1900. Most of the family eventually moved to the St. Francis Co., AR, area. Any info will be much appreciated. jckimble@adelphia.net 02-04
