Kimble/Kimbell, Balin--My GGF, J.W. Kimble (appears as Kimbell on the 1880 Hardin Co., TN census) was born in AL in 1825.  He married Mary Elizabeth Ann Balin born circa 1850 in about 1867.  J. W. and Mary had three children: Mary Elizabeth Kimble born cir 1868 in AL., Robert Henry Kimble born 1870 (my Grandfather) in AL, and Charles Wesley Kimble born 1875 in TN.  I believe J. W. was born and lived in the NW corner of Alabama as the mode of transportation was mule and wagon, for sharecroppers, back then.  It is very likely they lived in Lauderdale County.  If so, J.W. would have been there from 1825 until about 1870-1875.  Any information about this family would be greatly appreciated.  Jimmy C. Davis, Powell--I am seeking any information about my great/great grandparents, Enos A. Davis and Sarah Powell Davis.  They were living in Lauderdale County, AL, in the 1860's and early 1870's.  Enos was born in Georgia in 1800.  I think Sarah was born in Alabama, but have not been able to prove this.  They are buried in Chapel Hill Cemetery in Tishomingo Co. Miller, Hills, Avery--Looking for any info on the family of Joe Miller and Lizzie Miller.  They were in Colbert and Lauderdale Counties, AL,  from 1900-1930's.  Children were Clayton Miller, Lera Mae Miller, James "Bookie" Miller, William Jesse Miller and Katie Miller who was deaf and dumb.  Enumerated with a Hills family and again with an Avery family.  I cannot find Joe on anything.  He was said to be a sign painter.  They both died before or during the 30s.
