Harper, Hoover--I am searching for information on the family of Ephraim Charles Harper  born 10-19-1881 died 05-18-1953 buried in Mitchell Cemetery in Ponchatoula, Louisiana, married to Frances Fruzza Hoover. Children:  William Valrie Harper, Ivy Alonzo Harper, Joseph Irvin Harper, Clarice Almira Harper, Fruzza Elvira Harper, and Ephriam Eldred Harper.  Any information would be greatly appreciated.  I am a granddaughter.
