Rogers, Crocker--Hello, I'm looking for information on my ggggrandfather Joel Rogers who lived in Leake Co. with his family from about 1840- 1855.  I believe he must have died there...I have no proof, but cannot find anything about him from about 1853 on.  He is listed on the 1840 Census and he and his entire family - sons Marshal P. Rogers, William Rogers, James Rogers, George Rogers, and I believe daughter Caroline Rogers (possibly Matilda C. Rogers who married William Crocker in 1853 in Leake Co.), are listed on the 1850 Census.  They all owned land there in the county, but am seeking any information about Joel's death or any information on the family in general.  If there is any information on this family, I would greatly appreciate it.  Thank You So Much, Eileen Rogers Mullins.  nemullins@msn.com     ^05-04

Cato, Beard--Hello, does any researcher have knowledge of Mary Josephine Beard who married a Cato in Leake Co. In 1870 one of her two children Myrtle Cato was living in the home of her grandfather John Beard in Good Hope.
