Column 1& 2: This census taker had the same number for the
dwelling
and the families in the household; therefore, the number is only given
once.
Column 3: Last name followed by first name
Column 4: Age
Column 5: Sex
Column 6: Color (all except a few were white; those of color must have
been considered part of the family)
Column 7: Occupation
Column 8: Value of real estate owned
Column 9: Place of birth
Column 10: A - married within year
B - attended school within year
C - over 20 who could not read and write
D - deaf & dumb
